JUNIOR BACK IN THE CHAIR

In a warm and sincere ceremony, David Parker Jnr was installed in the Masters Chair once again. As the outgoing Master, David Gregson, is still recovering from illness, Steve Croasdale stepped in as Installing Master, assisted by Cliff Jones and David Parker Snr.

It was great to see newer members, Craig Freeman and Dean Cook playing a part with the Working Tools. They were supported by experienced Masons, Tim Horton and Alan Whittle.

Watching over the ceremony was our Assistant Provincial Grand Master, Peter Lockett, who is also an Honorary Member of Preston Guild Lodge. This is something he is always happy to mention. He was in turn supported by other Grand Officers; John Rimmer, Group Chairman and Neil Ward, Provincial Membership Officer.

It was also pleasing to hear announcements that we have two new young members joining in the New Year as well as two joining members who have been away from Freemasonry for a while when their lodge closed down.

A fabulous Festive Board was enjoyed by all with excellent food and wonderful comradeship.
