Province of West Lancashire 2021 Festival raised £3.5 million

Members of Preston Guild Lodge, accompanied by their wives and partners, joined a Celebration Baquet for almost 700 at the historic Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.
The Banquet was to mark the closing of the Province of West Lancashire 2021 Festival. This charity fundraiser has been in operation for a planned four-year period. During this time lodges and chapters have been fundraising across the whole of West Lancashire. Individual members have also supported the cause by donating as Stewards of the Festival.

Almost 500 lodges and chapters in West Lancashire took part in the festival. The final result of all the fundraising activities was announce at this Celebratory Banquet. Despite the impact and restrictions of the Covid 19 Pandemic, the final total raised over the four years was £3,504,423. This magnificent sum will be presented to the Masonic Charitable Foundation.

Preston Guild Lodge was awarded Grand Patron status for its combined fundraising and individual support totalling £12,347 – one of the Top 50 in the Province. The lodge is immensely proud of the contribution made to this amazing cause.
